What kind of project is this for?
An approval that stalls, information copied between tools, or a customer question you keep answering. We define the problem first, then decide whether it needs AI, automation or simpler software.
Who builds the system?
You work with me on the problem and the decisions. I build alongside software engineers, with an agreed scope and clear responsibilities for each project.
Do we have to change all our tools?
I start with the tools you already use. I’ll explain what can stay, what needs to connect and whether replacing anything is worth it.
What happens after delivery?
We agree testing, documentation, handover and any support before building. You should know what you’re getting and who handles the next step.
How long does a project take?
I can give you a useful estimate once we understand the scope, the tools involved and what needs testing. The plan is agreed before building.
What should we bring to the first call?
Describe one example of the problem, who deals with it and what you’ve already tried. Everyday language is enough. The short form helps me prepare for the call.
